helpful staff rooftop pool mess shower terrible stench

the staff were really helpful and friendly. the pool up on the roof was perfect to cool off after a warm day. (i appreciated that!)

the shower was a mess, i must say. the balcony was a joke. if you opened the window, the stench was terrible.

fantastic location and great service

friendly staff effective air conditioning thoughtful amenities

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. i liked that the surrounding area was right in the heart of everything. they welcomed me with drinks and surprised me with a gift in my room after i checked in.

there was no laundry service available at the hotel. i needed to do laundry after returning from a trip. i had to find a laundromat to wash clothes.

the hotel offers a breakfast buffet with fresh food and cleanliness. i did not order pizza, so i cannot comment on that specific menu item but the breakfast buffet was a good selection. the dining area had plenty of seating.

adequate stay but some ISSUES

unwelcoming receptionist unclean jacuzzi

the receptionist was not very cute at arrival. she didn't explain anything about the hotel facilities. i also noticed that the room had some maintenance issues, like the jacuzzi that looked UNCLEAN. i didn't feel like using it during my four nights stay.

the room was spacious and included a jacuzzi. a seven eleven is very close to the hotel providing convenience. the rooftop pool had great skyline views. staff members were always attentive.

the air conditioning made considerable noise which was noticeable at night.

flimsy curtain poor tv reception

the location suited my needs well enough.

the room's design was questionable with a bathroom only partially separated by a flimsy curtain. i could hear everything, and the light was disruptive. the tv offered poor reception and limited channels for international visitors so entertainment was difficult.

The room included separate sinks. the bathroom had a rainfall shower. i used the rooftop pool after sightseeing. It was good. breakfast included many tasty choices.

the air-conditioning unit make a noise and stopped me from sleeping well.

The rooftop pool provided clear city views I found it refreshing after a day of exploration. My room included a spa bath with a powerful hydro-massage system it relieved muscle tension. I had easy access to nearby restaurants offering many dining options.

The elevator service was slow I sometimes used the stairs particularly during breakfast hours.
